Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled 48 hrs or less will be charged 50% or remaining payment. Appointments cancelled 24 hrs or less will be charged 100% of remaining balance.
Client will NOT be able to book again until it’s paid. LATENESS after a 15 min grace period, clients who are not ready to be served will be charged $20 late fee. The appointment also may be subject to cancellation.
